GUARANTEED SATISFACTION
For custom edited tracks, we will send you a watermarked preview of your finished cut. If you need any changes we will make those at that time. If you request different or additional songs you will be charged additional fees so please make sure you pick the songs you want in your initial order. It helps for you to be as specific as possible when placing your order. Make sure you are already familiar with the music selections you request. We can give suggestions but prefer you give us a general direction so we know what you expect since it can vary from customer to customer. Once you are completely satisfied with your music preview we will send you an invoice.
SENDING YOUR PAYMENT
When you are completely satisfied with your music, we will send you an invoice. Payment must be made in full prior to us sending you your final track. NO EXCEPTIONS. Once we receive payment we will send you your final track with the watermarks removed so it is free for you to use as you wish. Once payment is received and final track is sent, all sales are final. If you choose to make changes to your music after final track has been sent, it will result in additional charges, and be treated as a new order.
We use PayPal for our payment processing. It's easy to pay and secure. We take care of any credit card processing fees on our end.
TURN AROUND TIME
Turnaround time is 2 weeks on average (sometimes a lot sooner) but it really depends on several factors. Mainly how fast you correspond with us, the complexity and requirements of your track, and how many orders we have. It is possible, depending on what order your request was received, that you will not receive a preview for 3 to 4 weeks (this is extremely rare, but it does happen). Please be aware of this before you order. Rush jobs (one week or less) are available at an extra cost. If we receive more than one rush job at a time, they will be processed in the order they were received.
